At BloomKart, we’re committed to delivering your favorite sarees, kurtis, jewelry, and gifts with care and speed. By placing an order through bloomkart.com, you agree to the terms outlined below. These help set clear expectations and ensure a smooth delivery experience for you.
1. General
All orders are subject to product availability. While we strive to keep our inventory accurate, there may occasionally be a discrepancy. In such cases, we will:
- Fulfill the available items
- Contact you regarding the unavailable product(s)
- Offer either a refund or the option to wait for restocking
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on the total weight, delivery destination, and selected shipping method. All shipping fees will be displayed at checkout and included in your final order payment.
3. Dispatch Time
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days after successful payment.
Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays. In cases of delay, we do our best to minimize disruption.
4. Delivery Timeframes
- Within Tamil Nadu: 3–5 business days
- Other Indian States: 5–7 business days
- Remote or rural locations: Delivery times may vary slightly based on courier serviceability
- Note: You’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS once your order has been shipped.
5. Change of Delivery Address
You may request a change in your shipping address before the order has been dispatched. Once shipped, we cannot modify the address.
6. P.O. Box & Military Addresses
- We ship to P.O. boxes via India Post only.
- Military addresses are supported via postal service (subject to availability).
7. Out of Stock Items
If your order contains an out-of-stock item, we will reserve the rest of your order and dispatch it together once the missing item is available. Alternatively, we can process a partial shipment or refund upon request.
8. Delivery Delays
If your delivery exceeds the estimated timeframe, please contact us at sales@bloomkart.com so we can investigate with the courier partner.
9. Tracking Notifications
All orders come with a tracking link. You'll be able to monitor your parcel’s journey through updates provided by our shipping partners.
10. Parcels Damaged in Transit
If you receive a visibly damaged parcel:
- Reject it at the time of delivery, if possible
- Or contact our support team immediately with photos of the damaged package and product
We will guide you through the resolution process.
11. Duties & Taxes
11.1 Sales Tax
All product prices shown on our website are inclusive of applicable taxes.
11.2 Import Duties (for International Orders)
If you are ordering from outside India, import duties may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These are not included in the product or shipping cost. If refused, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
12. Order Cancellations
Cancellations are only accepted before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for further assistance.
13. Shipping Insurance
All parcels are insured for their full value.
- Damaged Parcels: Refund or replacement is processed once courier investigation confirms damage.
- Lost Parcels: Refund or replacement is issued after courier confirms the package is lost.
